CHERMOULA & AVOCADO SALSA

Spice Tree Chermoula is a well-balanced, fresh-tasting version of the North African spice mix. Great for roast veges, seafood or meat, it can be used as a sprinkle – try it on fries – as a marinade or as a rub, adding amazing flavour and aroma to any dish. It’s delicious with the creaminess of avocado in this simple salsa.
1 large or 2 small avocados juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons Spice Tree Chermoula 3 spring onions, sliced
¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped
Peel the avocado and dice finely. Stir through the lime juice then add the chermoula, spring onions and coriander.
